Ephie Amor Morales

Hello My name is Ephie Amor Morales 23 years old currently residing at Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat. With regards to my educational attainment, I took up a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies at Sultan Kudarat State University I just graduated last July 18, 2022. I undergone my practice teaching at Virginia Fajardo Grino National High School wherein I was able to teach high school students for a month and I was able to enhance my teaching skills. I have worked as a virtual assistant for one year with three different clients mostly of my tasks focused on data entry, social media management, video editing, chat support, and making progress reports way back in 2021. I don't have any experience with CALL CENTER but I have undergone CCA training under Clairvoyance Academy wherein I learned different ways of handling customers, proper call flow and we conducted mock calls. wherein i was able to improve my communication and problem solving skills. I believe I can utilize the extensive knowledge I have gained during my job, my training, and my course. I am skillful, flexible, and a fast learner person. Very much willing to be trained. I know I can apply my skills so I can give something big to the company.
