Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting & Finance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including GL management and financial reporting
• Establish and implement accounting policies and procedures for a startup environment
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience at a fast-paced Seed or Series A startup
• Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in revenue recognition and internal controls
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting processes
• Experience with remote work for 2+ years
