Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor foreign currency bank accounts and perform bi-weekly cash applications
• Maintain master store data including new franchisees and store transfers
• Ensure monthly sales are reported by franchisees and follow up on unreported sales

Required Qualifications

• Experience with JDE or other Oracle ERP solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with international customers and foreign currency conversion
• Background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment is a plus
