Key Responsibilities
- Identify and anticipate management needs, preparing correspondence and presentation materials independently
- Manage schedules, emails, and communications to enhance operational efficiency for managers
- Coordinate and lead high-level support activities and major events, ensuring timely completion of projects
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Four years of progressive administrative support experience, including proficiency in corporate software
- Ability to research and analyze information using the internet/intranet
- Experience in leading multiple projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
