AI/ML Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Data Analyst with Veterans Affairs experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with VA stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to understand data requirements for AI use cases
• Identify, assess, and prioritize source data sets based on quality and relevance to outcomes
• Define and document business logic for data filtering, transforming, and enriching to support ML training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data-centric product support roles
• Experience supporting Veterans Affairs with knowledge of VA/VBA mission areas
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and basic proficiency in Python
• Ability to read and interpret data schemas in relational or document-based databases
