A company is looking for a FLEX Analyst - Sales and Catering Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates call resolution for supported business applications and troubleshoots network connectivity issues
- Escalates severe issues to management and provides level 1 support using documented procedures
- Acts as a customer advocate and prioritizes incidents for appropriate escalation
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business application support in a call center or hospitality environment
- High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred
- Professional certifications such as ITSM, PM, or HDI are preferred
- Core knowledge of business applications and systems related to the role
- Established work history in customer service
