Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Critical Incident Response (CIR) Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process CIR requests and document accordingly
- Schedule support resources to respond to CIR events and ensure seamless collaboration
- Monitor provider responses and maintain communication with Requesters throughout the coordination process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Experience or training in mental health, crisis intervention, or related support work
- Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities
- Proficiency with digital tools and ability to manage multiple priorities
