Associate Critical Incident Response Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Critical Incident Response (CIR) Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process CIR requests and document accordingly
• Schedule support resources to respond to CIR events and ensure seamless collaboration
• Monitor provider responses and maintain communication with Requesters throughout the coordination process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Experience or training in mental health, crisis intervention, or related support work
• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to manage multiple priorities
