A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions for consumer issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience
- Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills; ability to navigate multiple online applications
- Previous experience working from home (preferred)
