Billing and Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Collections Analyst to join their Accounts Receivable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive, data-informed collections efforts to boost cash flow
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or collections/billing
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• Proven track record in collecting receivables and improving AR performance metrics
• Strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Jet Reports is a plus
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
