Billing Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Provider (EPIC Cash Poster).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement controls for billing and collections in accordance with established procedures
• Assist in managing employees, including coaching and training, while maintaining quality customer service

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospital billing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1+ years' experience in a related role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
