A company is looking for a Claims Bodily Injury Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support adjusters in handling bodily injury claims, including serious injuries and litigated files
- Ensure timely investigations and implement strategies for expedited claim resolution
- Provide training and mentorship to adjusters while preparing reports for senior management on claim statuses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bodily injury claims management
- Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims
- Must be licensed and bondable
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
