Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology and heart failure to remotely monitor and manage patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patients and escalate care as needed
• Conduct virtual nursing assessments and document patient interactions
• Provide education on heart failure management to patients and caregivers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiology or heart failure management
• Current RN license in California and compact states
• Advanced certification (CCRN, CHFN, RN-BC) preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
