A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with various departments to meet budgeted revenue and KPI goals
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through training and process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to build and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Experience in planning and monitoring performance for inside sales teams
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to team leadership
- Preferred experience with Sales Engagement Technology
