CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead various accounting operations within a dynamic software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Lead or support ERP system implementations and optimize accounting processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Active CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a senior role within SaaS
• Proven experience with accounting systems; NetSuite is a definite plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate tax return preparation
