CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial reports and associated data supporting various legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures related to digital asset activity
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for the CAO and CFO
• Document and implement accounting policies in line with GAAP and SEC Reg S-X requirements

Required Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of work experience in accounting
• CPA (or equivalent license) is required
• Experience with SEC financial reporting
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably financial services
