Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with users via live chat, email, and social media to provide assistance
- Stay updated on product changes and livestreaming trends to offer informed support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Engineers for timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing support role for a SaaS product, preferably in live streaming
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues for web-based SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Engineering or resolver groups
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent chats/tickets effectively
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over customer issues
