Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customers
  • Develop and execute service delivery plans to ensure best practice execution and customer success
  • Deliver technical training and assist in enhancing training materials based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills
  • Experience in consulting and customer-facing roles
  • Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM, including infrastructure, deployment, and customization
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting related to business applications
