A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customers
- Develop and execute service delivery plans to ensure best practice execution and customer success
- Deliver technical training and assist in enhancing training materials based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and effective communication skills
- Experience in consulting and customer-facing roles
- Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM, including infrastructure, deployment, and customization
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting related to business applications
