Engineering Manager - DevSecOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure, security, and developer tooling functions for platform modernization
• Provide technical and people leadership for the DevSecOps team and assess current capabilities
• Own AWS environment, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response posture while improving developer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Proven success managing AWS-based infrastructure at scale
• Deep experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling
• Strong knowledge of observability tools and incident management best practices
• Familiarity with security tooling and compliance readiness (SOC2, GDPR)
