Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance engineering team through mentoring and continuous feedback
• Collaborate with the team to analyze user needs, design technical solutions, and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and manage the on-call team for incident handling

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang and relational databases
• Familiarity with observability tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with distributed systems and strong grasp of SRE/DevOps concepts
