A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Private Bank Regional Market Executive and manage various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Market Executive with expense management, travel, scheduling, and special projects
- Assist team members with business deliverables and prepare meeting notes and action items
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal partners for process optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience for a senior executive
- Competent with technology and systems such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience managing calendars, emails, travel, and expense reports
