Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Private Bank Regional Market Executive and manage various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Market Executive with expense management, travel, scheduling, and special projects
  • Assist team members with business deliverables and prepare meeting notes and action items
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal partners for process optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience for a senior executive
  • Competent with technology and systems such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience managing calendars, emails, travel, and expense reports
