A company is looking for an HR Business Analyst to act as a liaison between various HR and People Operations teams to deliver technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a connector between People Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to provide cohesive People technology solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within HR systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and participate in the configuration and optimization of HR technologies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People technology (HRIS Systems)
- Preferred experience in Workday configuration
- Experience in business process design
- Effective project management capabilities for diverse projects
- High accountability and ownership orientation
