Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Analyst to act as a liaison between various HR and People Operations teams to deliver technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a connector between People Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to provide cohesive People technology solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within HR systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and participate in the configuration and optimization of HR technologies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in People technology (HRIS Systems)
  • Preferred experience in Workday configuration
  • Experience in business process design
  • Effective project management capabilities for diverse projects
  • High accountability and ownership orientation
