Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, implementation, configuration, optimization, and management of HR technology systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and streamline HR processes
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration with experience in HR systems implementation
• Experience with Workday Core HCM and Payroll required
• Hands-on experience with configuration of multiple HR modules
• Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools
