Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy, implementation, configuration, optimization, and management of HR technology systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and streamline HR processes
- Design and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration with experience in HR systems implementation
- Experience with Workday Core HCM and Payroll required
- Hands-on experience with configuration of multiple HR modules
- Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools
