Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (2nd Shift 12pm-10pm Fri-Mon).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals within established timeframes and meet productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure documentation is properly routed for physician signature
• Work with local branch leadership to ensure appropriate inventory and services are provided

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance is preferred
