Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with service management concepts and evaluation methods (e.g., ITIL v4)
- Managed IT experience is desired
- Ability to manage non-traditional work hours to meet job responsibilities
- Experience in maintaining accurate records of sales activity
