A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues
- Resolve support requests via phone, email, or remote session
- Manage onboarding/offboarding activities and update equipment tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with MacOS and JAMF device support
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Exposure to ITSM platforms and support ticket workflows
- Proficient in tools such as Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, Microsoft 365
