- Conduct business process analysis and generate business process flows and requirements
- Manage and track project tasks while proposing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Ability to follow direction from PMD/PMO Directors and Project Managers
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Experience with enterprise-level implementations
