Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries and document interactions in relevant systems
  • Proactively communicate with beneficiaries and providers to resolve scheduling conflicts and inquiries
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff while managing high-priority provider issues


Required Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Background in internet-based research, client management, or sales support functions
  • Prior experience in the medical management industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
