A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries and document interactions in relevant systems
- Proactively communicate with beneficiaries and providers to resolve scheduling conflicts and inquiries
- Support onboarding and training of new staff while managing high-priority provider issues
Required Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Background in internet-based research, client management, or sales support functions
- Prior experience in the medical management industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
