Manager of Partner Onboarding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Onboarding & Technical Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical onboarding process for multiple partners and create customized media workflows
• Bridge communication with Tech and Product teams to ensure client technical specifications are met
• Support automated and manual workflows using various tools to enhance productivity and onboarding speed

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in technical onboarding or equivalent professional experience
• Strong technical competence in file specifications and delivery workflows
• Expertise in MAM, CMS, AWS, and CDN integrations
• Knowledge of TVOD, AVOD, SVOD, and FAST business models
