Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading data projects or teams in the education sector
• Experience in designing and leading program evaluations and impact measurement
• Strong project management skills, particularly in complex, cross-team projects
• Expertise in synthesizing research and complex data sets for actionable insights
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-functioning teams
