Maryland Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afterhours Triage Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess physical, environmental, and emotional factors to determine hospice needs
• Utilize EHR to develop recommendations and provide patient/caregiver education
• Collaborate with pharmacies and assign visits to on-call field staff as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the applicable state
• One year of experience as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of the needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers
• Comfortable with technology and willing to obtain additional RN licenses in other states
