Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand-agnostic Medical Communications strategy templates and ensure consistency across Therapeutic Areas
- Lead cross-functional teams to create consistent Medical Omnichannel content tailored for diverse stakeholders
- Oversee the development of content strategy frameworks and ensure alignment with the overarching digital strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in a science-related field preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in cross-functional work, preferably in digital or medical marketing communications
- Experience in customer experience management and digital medico-marketing is advantageous
- Strong project management skills and a natural leadership ability
- Fluency in English and a global mindset in strategic thinking
