Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional call center customer service and support for merchant service-related inquiries
- Act as an interdepartmental support liaison and solutions expert
- Navigate client inquiries via ticketing systems and assist with various merchant services functions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in Merchant Services fields required
- 1-2 years' experience in call center environments in the payments industry required
- Ability to work autonomously in front of a computer for 90% of shifts
- Bi-lingual a plus
