Key Responsibilities

• Advise management on compliance with regulations and laws, and monitor non-compliance issues
• Oversee compliance professionals handling customer complaints, inquiries, and advertising content review
• Manage regulatory inquiries, exams, and ensure adherence to federal and state statutes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant compliance experience
• At least 8 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of industry changes and legal updates
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present actionable recommendations
