Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Technician to work in a call center environment, providing support to patients regarding pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient inquiries over the phone
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to maintain and update patient medication profiles
- Assist with patient care issues and perform claim adjudication and auditing duties
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) is required
- Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
