PAP Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient care and compliance related to Positive Airway Pressure devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Monitor and manage client compliance with PAP devices while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of relevant work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
• Senior level requires two (2) years of related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
