Patient Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Referral Coordinator to assist members with telehealth case management and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search databases to provide lists of in-network physicians based on members' conditions and preferences
• Complete prior authorization requests in various systems and perform quality checks
• Manage case requests independently, escalate complicated requests, and assist with special projects

Qualifications Required for Position:

• 1-3 years' experience in a clinical environment required
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office and EMRs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective time management skills
