A company is looking for a Payroll and Labor Compliance Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
- Monitor compliance with prevailing wage laws and prepare certified payroll reports
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with various teams on labor compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of payroll and labor compliance experience, preferably in construction or public works
- Strong knowledge of California and Arizona labor laws
- Experience with certified payroll systems and prevailing wage enforcement
- Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP programs and insurance reporting
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
