Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Support Lead to manage technical solutions for customer-facing technology delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket dependencies and provide day-to-day production support for core administrative systems
- Troubleshoot data issues and monitor data integration platforms and batch jobs
- Coordinate issue resolution activities with various internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a mid to large-size production support environment
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting JAVA/Spring Boot/Maven
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore model
- Experience with SQL, data integration platforms, and healthcare operations is preferred
