Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to maintain data integrity
- Process and document multiple data points accurately during calls while navigating various campaign types
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and collaborate across departments for effective communication
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center, with 6 months in healthcare or related fields
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry processes
- Possession of relevant licensures or certifications as applicable
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel
