Regional Organizer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Organizer to partner with local groups and strengthen grassroots power.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for group leaders in assigned states
• Provide coaching and training to group leaders on executing calls-to-action and building organizing skills
• Assist leaders in effectively using digital tools to recruit volunteers and plan events

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience as an Indivisible local group leader or equivalent grassroots leadership experience
• Familiarity with core Indivisible organizing tools such as EveryAction and Mobilize
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with group leaders and volunteers
