Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple small business clients across various industries
- Lead and mentor accounting teams while developing processes and making strategic decisions
- Manage compliance and reporting requirements, including sales tax and multi-state regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7+ years of experience in small business accounting operations
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Netsuite
- Management experience with multi-team oversight and process development
- CPA candidate is a plus
