Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to lead the transition for its global client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and execution across a portfolio of ~150-200 global accounts
- Drive migration from legacy plans to the new Gen-4 platform and ensure client adoption of new features
- Partner with Customer Success to deliver onboarding and success planning while managing the full renewal cycle
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing revenue across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with operational efficiency in prioritizing and executing tasks
- Experience working with recruitment, staffing, or talent tech clients
- High tech fluency with familiarity in using AI and automation tools
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and a proactive approach to improving processes
