Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Strata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage post-sale activities for key accounts
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and engage with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience with Strata or comparable media systems
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to develop professional relationships
• Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to learn new software and features
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
