Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with nonprofit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial statements and reports
• Administer Sage Intacct and support audits, tax filings, and grant reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent credential preferred
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a nonprofit setting
• Strong understanding of nonprofit fund accounting and cost allocations
• Advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct is required
• Experience supporting audits and nonprofit grant compliance is preferred
