Adjunct Faculty Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty-Coach for the LE3 Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate at least one 4-week online course and lead a live virtual class weekly
• Provide group coaching and apply the GRoW coaching model to support student goals
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to enhance student support

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Business, Education)
• 3+ years of professional experience in leadership, facilitation, or adult learning
• Experience working with diverse, working adult learners
• Comfort with digital tools such as Zoom and learning management systems
• Postsecondary teaching experience in online or hybrid formats is preferred
