AR Follow Up Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist (Insurance Follow Up).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unresolved claims with insurance carriers
• Research and identify reasons for non-payment and take appropriate actions
• Manage patient balances and perform additional assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of A/R Follow Up (Insurance Collections) experience required
• Medical billing experience is helpful
• Hospital claims and healthcare receivables experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Prior computer experience is required
