Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages Arbitration operations, ensuring KPIs are met and driving process improvements
• Leads implementations and collaborates with multifunctional teams to ensure timely project deployment
• Acts as a subject matter expert, providing training, support, and documentation for Arbitration processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in arbitration, medical billing, or revenue cycle management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in building new programs or processes preferred
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of financial performance drivers and complex billing challenges
