Key Responsibilities

- Acts as a subject matter expert, providing training, support, and documentation for Arbitration processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in arbitration, medical billing, or revenue cycle management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in building new programs or processes preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of financial performance drivers and complex billing challenges
