Art Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Coordinator to assist with the management of the University's art collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee art maintenance contractor and ensure deliverables are met
• Support Art Curator with project management, site visits, and art installations
• Organize and maintain art storage facility and manage service requests

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Art, Art History, or a related field preferred
• Experience in coordinating transportation and installation of art
• Knowledge of asset management systems
• Ability to create and manage detailed reports and documentation
