Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute tailored customer success plans

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the information industry, preferably in a customer success, sales, or consulting role
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
