Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Procurement change management strategy to support strategic initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert for change management programs and oversee professional development strategies
- Implement project management activities for transformation projects, ensuring effective scope and resource management
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 5 years, Bachelor's degree with 7 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience in change management, learning strategy, or talent development, preferably within procurement
- Ability to design and implement frameworks and processes that support organizational transformation
- Experience with analytical tools and Global Procurement e-Sourcing tools
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
